MLPAO Prep is an exam preparation platform built specifically for students studying for the Medical Laboratory Assistants / Technicians (MLA/T) and Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) certification exams in Ontario. It contains 672 exam-style questions across 11 modules, written and verified by a certified Program Instructor with a PhD in Medical Microbiology.
All questions were written and verified by a certified Program Instructor with a PhD in Medical Microbiology, based in Brampton, Ontario. Every question mirrors real MLPAO exam phrasing and every explanation teaches the underlying concept — not just the answer.
Eleven modules are available: 1. Anatomy & Physiology (25 Q) · 2. Ethics & Legislation (40 Q) · 3. Lab Safety & Equipment (22 Q) · 4. Lab Safety & Asepsis (30 Q) · 5. Histology Review (55 Q) · 6. Cytology Review (40 Q) · 7. Clinical Chemistry (61 Q) · 8. Urinalysis (45 Q) · 9. Phlebotomy (169 Q) · 10. Cardiovascular & ECG (100 Q) · 11. Medical Terminology (86 Q). A Complete Bundle shuffles all 672 questions randomly.
Each quiz presents one question at a time. Choose an answer and immediately see whether you were right or wrong — along with the correct answer and a detailed explanation. At the end you receive a full results breakdown including your grade (Distinction ★, Pass ✓, Borderline, or Needs Review). Results are also emailed to you automatically.
Each individual module is $15.99 CAD — a one-time payment with lifetime access. The Complete Bundle (all 11 modules) is $199 CAD. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden fees.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a module you have paid for, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly. As this is a digital product, refunds are generally not available once the quiz content has been accessed.
After payment, Stripe automatically redirects you back to the quiz with your module unlocked — no account or login required. Your access is saved on your device. If you switch devices, use the Restore Access link on the paywall screen and enter your email.
Click the Already paid? Restore access link on the paywall screen and enter the same email address used at checkout. If the issue persists, contact us with your order confirmation email and we will manually unlock your access within a few hours.
Yes — the entire platform is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and computers. We recommend using Chrome or Safari for the best experience.
Yes — your completed quiz scores are saved in your browser. Your score history shows up whenever you return on the same device and browser. A detailed results email is also sent to you automatically after each completed quiz.
Yes — you can retake any module as many times as you like at no extra cost. Each retake is a fresh attempt. Your most recent score replaces the previous one in your progress tracker.
